Za’atar Manakish
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Safeed til (Sesame seeds) 2 tbs
-Sumac powder 3 tbs
-Dried thyme 2 & ½ tbs
-Dried oregano 2 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Olive oil ½ Cup
-Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) 1 Cup
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Olive oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3-4 tbs or as required

Directions:
-In frying pan,add sesame seeds and roast until fragrant.
-In mortal & pestle,add roasted sesame seeds and crush coarsely.
-In bowl,add coarsely grounded sesame seeds,sumac powder,dried thyme,dried oregano,salt,black pepper powder and mix well.
-Add olive oil,mix well & set aside.
-In small jug,add lukewarm water,instant yeast,sugar and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,olive oil and mix well.
-Add yeast mixture,mix well and knead until dough is formed.
-Grease dough with olive oil,cover and let it rest for 1 hour (warm place).
-Sprinkle flour,knead dough again and divide into 4 equal parts.
-Take one part,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Place rolled dough on greased baking tray and prick with fork.
-Add & spread prepared sesame seeds mixture (makes 4).
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 6-8 minutes.
-Cut into slices & serve!

Directions:
-Frying pan mein safeed til dal ker khushbu anay tak roast ker lein.
-Mortal & pestle mein raosted til dal dein aur coarsely crush ker lein.
-Bowl mein coarsely grounded til,sumac powder,dried thyme,dried oregano,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,khameer aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,namak aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Khameer mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko olive oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein aur 4 hisson mein divide ker lein.
-Ek part lein aur ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Greased baking tray per rolled dough rakh dein aur fork ki madad sa prick ker lein.
-Tayyar til ka mixture dal ker pheela lein (makes 4).
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 6-8 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein.
