Food recipe: Fattoush

• 1 cup lettuce, washed and chopped
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 1 tomato chopped
• ¼ cup mint leaves
• 1 small green pepper diced
• 1 small cucumber chopped
• 1 teaspoon sumac
• ½ cup pomegranate syrup
• ¼ cup of lemon and olive oil
• 2 cucumbers, diced
• 2 pita bread
• Olive oil spray

1. In a salad bowl add all the vegetables and mix well.
2. Add ground sumac and mix well and add salt as per taste.
3. As dressing, add lemon juice and pomegranate syrup. Mix well.
4. Add olive oil and give a good mix and garnish with fried croutons, pomegranate syrup and lemon.
