Hash Brown Cheese omelette

Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 1
-Anday (Eggs) 4
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Aloo (Potatoes) 3 medium
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese slices
-Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) boiled 1 slices
-Cherry tomato

Directions:
-Chop,onion,tomatoes,green chili and take out in a bowl.
-Add eggs,salt,red chili powder,black pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,grate potatoes with the help of the grater,add salt,black pepper powder,all-purpose flour and mix well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and grated potato mixture & spread evenly.
-Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then flip,add cheddar cheese slices,paprika powder,chaat masala, omelet mixture,boiled egg slices and cherry tomato.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes & serve!

-Pyaz,tamatar aur hari mirch ko chop ker lein aur bowl mein dal dein.
-Anday,namak,lal mirch powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein aloo ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein,namak,kali mirch powder aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur grated aloo ka mixture dal ker evenly pheel lein.
-Halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip ker lein,cheddar cheese slices,paprika powder,chaat masala,omelet mixture,boiled anday ka slices aur cherry tomato dal dein.
-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & serve karein!
